FAQs on Trading Terms & Payments



Q: How do I make an order? I am sure about the details of the ordering processes.

A: The processes are usally like this:

Customers contact us and provide details of the products they want 

 We provide the sample to customer via air shipping

Customers have inspected & tested the sample and are satisfied

Customers signed the proforma invoice (PI)

Customers pay the pre-payment

Products production & corresponding following procedures (according to the trading terms and other relevant negotiated terms)



Q: What kind of trading terms does your company accept?

A: We basically accept all types of common trading terms like FOB, CIF and others. If you have special requirements on trading terms please inform us and we will negotiate with you.



Q: What kind of payment methods does your company accept?

A: We basically accept all types of common payment methods like L/C, T/T, West Unions and others. If you have special requirements on trading terms please inform us and we will negotiate with you.



Q: What is your country's bank info?/ Who do I make the payment to?

A: We will provide the corresponding bank account info of the receiver (Hubei Shengbangfan) to you when the order is made.



Q: We have special requirements on shipping agents and insurances?

A: Shipping agents/ freight forwarders and insurances are highly related to the corresponding trading terms and we basically could accept almost all requirements on these fields.
