Hydroxyl silicone oil is an oily silicone liquid of linear polydimethylsiloxane with hydroxyl end group. It has the characteristics of methyl silicone oil. Low viscosity hydroxyl silicone oil is an excellent good structure control agent in silicone rubber processing, which can replace diphenyl silyl glycol, simplify the process and improve the process performance. Performance and Application
It is colorless or nearly colorless oily liquid. It dissolves in carbon tetrachloride,
benzene, chloroform, ether, toluene and other organic solvents & is insoluble in water and ethanol. Low-viscosity hydroxyl silicone oil has solubility in water. It can be used as treatment agent for fabric & paper. It is widely used as structure control agent in silicone rubber processing. It can control the structural effect between rubber mix and white carbon black, improve processing performance of silicone rubber, and extend storage period of rubber compounds. Dimethyl hydroxyl silicone oil can also be used as intermediate for synthesis of various polysiloxanes.

Packaging and Storage
Packed in plastic / iron drums, net weight 200kg/drum, or International Bulk Container, net weight 1000kg/IBC. Storage at ventilate and dry place and prevention from water, heat and fire. Keep away from alkalis and acids substances and lead. It is non-hazardous substance. Be careful when loading and unloading to avoid damages of the package. During transporting, protect against damp, water, acid and alkali.
